Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Brand Bridge Digital LLC ("FoundREI", "we", "us"). They cover the FoundREI website and the FoundREI software, including subscriptions and the lifetime deal. By creating an account, buying a plan, or using FoundREI, you agree to them. If you use FoundREI for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for that company.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.

You must be at least 18 and give accurate account details. You are responsible for your login, for everyone you invite to your organization, and for all activity in your account.

You agree not to:

• break any law, including rules on marketing emails and text messages;
• upload content you have no right to use, or anything harmful or malicious;
• try to access another organization's data or get around security or plan limits;
• copy, resell, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from FoundREI.

Your deals, contacts, budgets, documents, and other content remain yours. You give us permission to store and process that content only to run, secure, and support FoundREI for you. You can export your data while your account is active.

FoundREI lets you send private links so contractors, lenders, sellers, and buyers can submit bids, sign documents, or review offers without an account. Anyone using a private link must follow these terms. You are responsible for who you send links to and for the documents and agreements you exchange through them.

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account moves to read-only access.

We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by our payment provider. Taxes may apply.

The lifetime deal is a one-time payment for continued access to the FoundREI core platform for as long as we offer it, within the seats, storage, and features of the package you buy (Solo, Investor, or Enterprise). "Lifetime" means the life of the FoundREI product, not the life of a person or company.

Your lifetime package is fixed. The package you choose at purchase is the package you keep. Lifetime packages cannot be upgraded, downgraded, or exchanged. If you later want a different package, you give up your lifetime deal and pay the full monthly price for the package you choose. No credit is given for your lifetime payment.

Lifetime deals cannot be transferred or resold to another person or company. Future paid add-ons or suites are not included unless the package says so.

Because FoundREI gives you immediate access to proprietary software and content, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly and yearly plans, lifetime deals, and add-ons. We do not give refunds or credits for partial periods, unused seats, or cancellation, except where the law requires it.

Stripe processes payments. We do not store your full card number. Add-ons, such as the Leads Inbox, are billed on top of your plan and follow the same renewal, cancellation, and no-refund terms. If a payment fails, we may limit your account until the balance is paid.

FoundREI provides calculators, estimates, comps, budgets, and document templates to help you run your business. They are not financial, legal, tax, lending, or appraisal advice. Always check the numbers yourself and consult qualified professionals before making decisions. You are responsible for the agreements you sign and the deals you make.

FoundREI is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to cover us for claims arising from your content, your use of FoundREI, or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, fail to pay, or put other customers or the platform at risk. Closure for breaking these terms does not entitle you to a refund, including of a lifetime deal. You may stop using FoundREI at any time.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use FoundREI after that date means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of [OWNER TO CONFIRM: state], United States.
