Privacy Policy

• Account information: your name, email, phone, company, and team members.
• Business content: deals, properties, contacts, budgets, documents, photos, and messages you add to FoundREI.
• Private-link activity: information that contractors, lenders, sellers, or buyers enter when they use a link you send, such as bids, signatures, and responses.
• Billing information: your plan and payment history. Stripe processes card details; we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical information: basic logs such as IP address, browser, and timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.

We use your information to run FoundREI, send the emails and text messages you ask us to send for you, process payments, provide support, keep accounts secure, and improve the product. We email you about your account and, if you sign up for launch news, about the launch.

We do not sell or rent your personal information or your business content, and we do not share your underwriting with other customers.

We share information only with service providers that help us run FoundREI, such as hosting, email and text delivery, and payment processing (Stripe). They may use it only to provide those services. We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale of the business.

Access to your data is limited to your organization and the roles you assign. Data is encrypted in transit. We keep your information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax, and backup purposes. Some records, such as signed documents and financial audit history, are kept unaltered on purpose.

You can view, update, and export your data in the app. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. To request access to or deletion of your personal information, email us. Depending on where you live, you may have extra privacy rights, and we will honor them as the law requires.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to sign you in and keep FoundREI working. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

FoundREI is for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
